Installation recommendations:
It is essential to define the location of your pool taking into account the exposure and the quality of the soil. You will have to be careful not to install the pool on unstabilized or recently backfilled ground. The manufacturer also advises you to make a concrete slab having previously upgraded the land.
In case of sloping terrain, it is imperative to unload it to level it. Do not backfill your land to level it.

CAUTION: Place a high-density polyethylene growth sheet (not supplied) on the outer wall to drain rainwater. The height of the film must correspond to the level of the embankment. Without the presence of a draining tablecloth, the 15-year warranty covering the wooden structure may not be maintained by the manufacturer.

To ensure a simple and serene delivery, the carrier service will contact you to arrange an appointment according to your availability. On the day of delivery, the delivery person presents himself with a truck to deposit the pool as close as possible to his place of installation.
If your home is difficult to access, do not hesitate to check in with our advisors to find the best delivery option. The seller can not be held responsible in case of inaccessibility of the home.

The delivery rate indicated is valid only for metropolitan France (excluding Corsica and islands).
